How to order personalised trophies, medals and awards

Choose your award and personalisation

Select the award, quantity and personalisation options shown on the product page. Product descriptions explain what is included. For promoters and larger orders, request a bulk-order quotation before ordering.

Engraving text

We do not impose a fixed character limit. However, the more text supplied, the smaller it must be engraved. For a clear, balanced result, around three or four words across up to three lines usually works well. If the wording would be too small to read, we will contact you before production.

Logo and artwork requirements

Upload logos as a JPEG or PDF. The artwork supplied is what we print, so please check spelling, image quality and layout before submitting it. If artwork needs creating, changing or combining, please arrange this with your graphic designer before uploading it.

Sizes, materials and finishes

All stated award heights are approximate and are measured from the bottom of the plinth or base to the tallest part of the award. Materials, finishes, dimensions and included components vary, so please check the individual product description and options before ordering.

Production, dispatch and required dates

We aim to dispatch orders within one week. During busy periods, dispatch can take up to two weeks. This is production time before carrier delivery. If your awards are required by a particular date, add the date in the order notes and then call the office on 01384 639999 so we are aware. Please do not rely on order notes alone for an urgent deadline.

Collection and delivery

Orders can be delivered or collected from 1st Place 4 Trophies, Oakleaf Building, Plant Street, Cradley Heath, B64 6EZ. Please wait for confirmation that a collection order is ready before travelling. Delivery charges and available services are shown during checkout.
